In 2025 Co-founders Dominic & Julia Azpeitia purchased their first home. While the feeling of purchasing their first home was exciting, it just felt like the process was overwhelming.
While living in their home and chatting with neighbors within their community, they also learned that homeownership came with its own set of challenges. That's where Sold and Sunset was born.
